There is a new portal project using RSS to auto-republish BC legislative amendments. The website is www.bclegislation.ca and is a project of Quickscribe Services. I can't think of a better way to watch for changes to British Columbia legislation.
Thanks to Steve Matthews at Stem Legal for a heads up on this new service.
