From nothing to a very significant something. 

Back in April we were all concerned about the elimination of the historical bills database from LNQL.  You will recal that this resource was a repository of bills from 2004 on.

Fast forward to October 2009. The fabulous folk at the LAO worked to resolve this problem for us, and the general public.  Recent communication from Micheline Gravel at the Legislative Assenbly Office alerts us that they have made historical bills available back to 1997. For free. For us.
