A couple of lawyers recently had a problem with WestlaweCARSWELL pages not displaying properly. Carswell tech. support explains this can happen if you are using an Open Connection rather than the Secure Connection. You can ensure you are using the Secure Connection by doing the following:
Go to the Sign on page of WestlaweCARSWELL as you usually do and scroll down to the bottom of the screen. You will see either the words 'Open Connection' or 'Secure Connection'. If it says 'Secure Connection' don't do anything -- you're already set.
If it says 'Open Connection' simply click on those words and you will be changed to the Secure Connection. In future, you will always be directed to the Secure website when you login and should not experience page display problems.
The web address for the Secure Connection for WeC will be https:// rather than http://
